CHICKEN STYLE PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops, 3/4" thick
1 clove garlic, optional
3 scallions
Dash of Tabasco
1/2 tsp. Accent
1/3 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sherry
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vegetable oil for frying

Trim fat from pork. Combine garlic, sugar, scallions, Accent, soy sauce, sherry and Tabasco for marinade and marinate the pork for 2-3 hours. Remove pork and dry. Heat heavy frying pan until hot. Add the oil and turn heat to medium. Add pork and cook one side for 7 minutes; turn over and finish cooking uncovered. Don't let the meat stick to the pan.
