MEXICAN CORNBREAD | |
2 boxes Jiffy cornbread 1 can cream style corn 1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef Grated Cheddar cheese Velveeta cheese Med. onion, diced Mix cornbread according to box directions and add corn. Brown meat with onion and drain. Pour half of cornbread batter into lightly greased 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle hamburger over this. Then sprinkle Cheddar cheese followed by thinly sliced Velveeta over entire surface. Cover this with remaining cornbread batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes. |
