MEXICAN BEEF DIG 
1 lb. ground beef (turkey), fry and drain
2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese (shred 1 lb., cube 1 lb.)
1 can tomato sauce
1 can tomato sauce with jalapeno peppers
1 can ripe olives, drained and sliced

Butter a 9x13 inch pan. Put half of the shredded cheese in the pan. Add browned meat, tomato sauces, the olives and the rest of the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until it bubbles.

Use as a dip with fritos or other corn chips. I freeze this in small cartons (mix everything together) and heat in the microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
