PINEAPPLE DESSERT 
1 pkg. KNOX gelatin
1/2 c. water or pineapple juice
3/4 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 jar maraschino cherries, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. LaCreme

Beat cream cheese and sugar. Bring gelatin and juice (or water) to a boil. Cool. Mix pineapple and cherries. Add LaCreme and gelatin. Add cream cheese mixture. Add gelatin. Place in mold and chill.
