PORK CHOPS DELUXE 
1 lb. pork chops
2-3 c. beef stock
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Dip pork chops in slightly beaten egg, then dip in crumbs. Place chops in large buttered baking dish, top with bits of butter and brown under broiler. Cover with stock. Cover and bake in 325 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Note: The broiling makes the difference!
