BREAD 
2 c. boiling water
1 stick butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 c. evaporated milk
2 pkgs. dry yeast
7 c. King Arthur flour

Into the boiling water, add butter, sugar, salt, and evaporated milk. Cool and add dry yeast, then the flour. Knead. Let rise. Punch down, then let rise again. Shape loaves; let rise, then bake. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Makes approximately 3 loaves.
