SCALLOPS IN CREAM SAUCE 
1 lb. scallops (lg.)
Flour
1 c. light cream
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Paprika to taste
Butter

Flour scallops. Place in shallow buttered baking dish. Add salt, pepper and paprika to taste. Place small pat of butter atop each scallop. Pour in light cream. Fill to 3/4 way up the sides of scallops. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Serves 4.
