CHICKEN DIVAN 
4 chicken breasts
1 sm. onion
1 stalk celery
1 or 2 pkgs. broccoli
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 oz. Hellmann's mayonnaise
4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can French fried onion rings

Boil chicken, onion and celery until done. When cool, cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Cook 1 or 2 packages of broccoli just until tender, but not fully done. Layer broccoli and chicken in buttered casserole.

Combine soups, mayonnaise and cheese. Cook until cheese has melted and heated through. Pour over chicken and broccoli. Bake until bubbly in 350 degree oven. The last few minutes before taking out, spread a can of French fried onion rings on top of casserole and let brown.
