BROILED PARMESAN POTATOES 
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. dried basil, crushed
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 med. potatoes, 1/4 inch thick
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Stir butter, basil, paprika, garlic powder and pepper. Place potatoes in single layer on rack of broiler pan. Brush mixture over both sides of potatoes. Broil about 5 inches from heat, 8 to 9 minutes or until light brown. Use wide spatula, turn potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese. Broil 4 to 6 minutes more or until tender.
