ASPARAGUS VINAIGRETTE SALAD 
3 lb. fresh asparagus, cooked or 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen asparagus, cooked to pkg. direction
2 tsp. salt
6 tsp. oil
4 diced hard boiled eggs
4 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
6 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. chopped chives
Fresh pepper, to taste
Paprika to taste

Blend all ingredients except asparagus. Lay the asparagus in a shallow pan. Pour the dressing over and refrigerate before serving.
