CHEESE MANICOTTI 
1/2 lb. ground beef (cook beef for 3 minutes, pour off grease)
1 pkg. spaghetti seasoning
1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
2 1/2 c. water
8 uncooked manicotti
8 oz. (1 c.) cottage cheese
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella
1/2 c. Parmesan
1 egg, well beaten
1 tbsp. parsley
Pepper

Add spaghetti seasoning, tomato paste and water to beef, stir and cook for 10 minutes. Mix cheeses, egg and parsley and stuff manicotti. Pour half of sauce into dish. Arrange manicotti. Cover with remaining sauce. Cover tightly and microwave on high for 10 minutes. Let stand for 15 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
