THREE CHEESE MANICOTTI 
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 env. spaghetti sauce mix
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 beaten eggs
1/4 c. snipped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
8 manicotti shells, cooked and drained

In saucepan blend tomato sauce and spaghetti sauce mix with 1 1/2 cups water. Simmer, uncovered, 10-12 minutes. Combine 1 cup Mozzarella, cottage cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Add parsley, salt, pepper, and eggs; mix lightly.

Stuff shells with cheese mixture. Pour 1/2 sauce in bottom of 12 x 7 1/2 x 2- inch baking dish. Arrange shells in dish; pour remaining sauce over shells and remaining Mozzarella. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.
