OVEN FRIED POTATOES 
6 lg. unpeeled baking potatoes
1/3 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 to 1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Scrub potatoes. Cut each into 8 lengthwise wedges. Arrange on a greased cookie sheet, peel side down. Mix oil with cheese, seasoned salt and pepper. Brush this over cut sides of potato wedges.

Bake 45 minutes in a 375°F oven.

Serves 6 to 8.
