BAKED CRAB SPREAD 
1 1/2 c. (1/2 lb.) lump crabmeat, shell & cartilage removed
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. almonds, chopped

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine first 7 ingredients. Spread mixture into a shallow baking dish or an attractive pie plate. May be refrigerated until ready to bake. Sprinkle almonds on top, and bake 15 minutes. Good served with sesame or seaweed rice crackers.
