DILL PICKLE WRAP-UPS
1 jar dill pickles
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1-2 pkg. thin corned beef slices

Dry each pickle with a paper towel. Take about 1 tablespoon of softened cream cheese in your hands and spread around the entire pickle. Then take 1-2 slices of corned beef and wrap them around the pickle. Repeat for as many pickles as you want. Chill.

Just before serving, slice the wrapped pickles into 1/2 inch slices and arrange on a plate.

This is a very Tasty appetizer! You can also use Ham instead of the corned beef... that is equally as good! Yummm! :)

It is much simpler to pat the meat dry and spread the cream cheese onto the meat and then wrap it around the pickle than to put the cream cheese onto the pickle :)

We've made a version of this for years in TN - spread a flour tortilla with cream cheese, add thin-sliced lunch ham, roll around a dill pickle. Eat whole for a snack, or slice into 1" rounds for a party. Yummy!
