ONION PIE
4 slices bacon
3 lg. yellow onions
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
Unbaked pie crust

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Saute bacon pieces in heavy skillet. Add onions. While they are cooking, mix the rest of ingredients in a bowl. When onions are softened, pour them and the bacon into an uncooked pie crust, in which you have poked holes in the bottom. Pour the egg mixture over the onions and bacon. Bake in 400 degree oven about 30 to 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
