BACON-STUFFED EGGS 
6 lg. hard-cooked eggs
6 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. butter, softened
1 tsp. spicy brown mustard
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. paprika

Cut eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks and set whites aside. Place yolks in a sieve over a small bowl and press with the back of a spoon into bowl. Stir yolks, bacon, mayonnaise, butter, mustard, and paprika until blended. Spoon mixture into whites.

Cover and chill at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours.
