NONA'S CHIFFON CAKE 
1 box Red & White Angel Food Cake Mix
1 c. water
3/4 c. Crisco oil
1/4 c. flour
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 tbsp. lemon rind

Mix in large bowl package #1 (egg white mix), but use only 1 cup water. Beat stiff.

In a medium bowl, put mix #2 (flour mix), add 1/4 cup flour, 3/4 cup oil, 3 eggs, vanilla and rind of lemon; mix well.

Pour the yellow batter over the whites slowly and fold carefully. Pour into ungreased tube pan and bake for 40 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees or until tops spring when touched lightly. Cool and remove from pan and coat with a glaze made by mixing together: 1 cup powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons lemon juice. This is a big cake and Red & White Brand works best for me.
