OATMEAL NUT MUFFINS 
1 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. cooking oil

Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt into mixing bowl. Add oats and nuts; mix well. Combine milk, egg and oils; pour into dry ingredients. Stir just until all particles are moistened. Spoon into greased muffin pans. Bake in hot oven unitl brown, 15-18 minutes at 425 degrees.
