DILL BREAD 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. cream style cottage cheese, lukewarm
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
2 tsp. dill seed
1 egg
2 1/4-2 1/2 c. flour

Soften yeast in water. Let stand 10 minutes. In large bowl, combine cottage cheese, butter, sugar, salt, and baking soda. Add onion, dill, egg, and yeast. Beat well. Add flour gradually beating well (in the end you will probably have to use your hands.) Cover and let rise 1 hour. Punch down. Turn out into a loaf pan, greased and floured. Let rise again 30-40 minutes. Brush with butter and sprinkle with salt. Cool 5 minutes. Remove from pan.
