HARVEY WALLBANGER CAKE | |
1 (about 18 1/2 oz) pkg. yellow cake mix 1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding 1/2 c. oil 4 eggs 1/4 c. vodka 1/4 c. Galliano 3/4 c. orange juice 12 c. bundt or tube pan ORANGE GLAZE: 2 c. powdered sugar 1 tbsp. soft butter 2-4 tbsp. orange juice 1-2 tsp. orange peel In a large bowl combine all ingredients and beat with electric mixer for 4 minutes. Bake in a greased and floured 12 cup bundt pan at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until cake test done. Cool in a pan for 10-15 minutes. Turn out on wire rack or serving plate to cool Top with orange glaze. GLAZE: Combine sugar and butter. Add orange juice gradually to desired consistency. Add peel. |
