GRAHAM CRACKER COOKIES 
24 squares graham crackers
1 stick butter
1 stick butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Cut (don't break) the 24 graham crackers so there will be 48 pieces. Place graham crackers on a cookie sheet with a rim.

Boil and cook for 2 minutes, butter, butter and brown sugar. Add vanilla and nuts. Spoon mixture over crackers.

Bake 8 minutes at 350 degrees until bubbly and brown. Remove from cookie sheet immediately.
