CRUNCHY CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 pkg. cherry flavored gelatin
1 c. hot water
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. pineapple syrup
8 oz. raw cranberries
1 orange, cut into quarters
1 c. drained crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Place pineapple syrup and lemon juice in blender container. Add orange and cranberries and blend until coarsely cut. Add sugar, blended fruit and remaining ingredients to dissolved gelatin. Pour into bowl or shallow pan. Chill. Serves 8.
