VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 (15 oz) cans Veg-All (or your favorite vegetables)
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 C mayonnaise (or 1 C sour cream)
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 stick butter
1 roll Ritz crackers, crumbled

Mix vegetables, water chestnuts, cream of chicken soup, onion, and mayonnaise (or sour cream) together. Place in a 9 X 13 glass baking dish. Melt butter and mix with crumbled Ritz crackers. Spread crackers over top of casserole.

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.

Serves 8 to 10.
