2/3 c. ketchup
3 tbsp. chili sauce
2 tbsp. horseradish
3 tbsp. lemon juice
Dash cayenne
Dash Tabasco

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate. Variations: Add minced onions, celery, cucumber or pickle relish for added flavor and texture.
