HAM & POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 c. diced ham
2-3 lg. potatoes, raw
1 lg. onion
1 can mushroom soup
10 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 c. flour (or less)
Salt, pepper & butter

Make layers of sliced potatoes. Add flour (sprinkled), salt, pepper, butter, onion and ham in a casserole. Mix soup and milk; pour over ham mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Serves 5-6.
