HAM & POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. frozen hash browns
2 tbsp. instant onion flakes
1 lb. grated cheddar cheese
1 stick butter
1 pt. sour cream
1 can mushroom soup
2 to 3 c. chopped ham
2 c. crushed corn flakes

Mix together hash browns, sour cream, onion flakes, soup, cheddar cheese and ham. Spread in pan. Melt butter, mix in corn flakes and spread over ham mixture. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
