CRANBERRY BRUNCH CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. grated orange peel
1 tsp. each, baking soda and cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 c. orange juice
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 1/2 c. cranberries
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Stir together flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon, ginger and allspice; set aside.

With an electric mixer, beat the butter, sugar and orange peel until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Alternately add the flour mixture and orange juice, blending well.

By hand, stir in cranberries and nuts. Spoon batter into well greased and floured 10 inch bundt or tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour.
