1 lb. kielbasa or Polish sausage, cut into serving pieces
1 sm. jar grape jelly
1 sm. jar hot salsa
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard

Place in crock pot on high for 1 hour. Serve on toothpicks, or hors d'oeuvre forks.
