ALMOND MACAROON CAKE 
10-inch tube or bundt pan
7 eggs
1 (8 oz.) can almond paste
2 tsp almond extract
1 1/2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. sifted flour (plain)

Cream butter and sugar with beater until fluffy, 3 minutes. In a blender, mix eggs, cut up paste and extract until mixed, about 1 minute on high setting.

Combine mixtures in beater and mix until fluffy. Add flour and mix until creamy. Grease 10-inch tube or bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out dry.
