TACO MEATBALLS 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 pkg. taco mix
Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste

Combine all ingredients in bowl; mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place in baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until brown. Serve with toothpicks. Yield: 35 to 40 meatballs.

Taco Burgers: Combine as above. Shape into patties. Place in frying pan. Cook until brown, turning when necessary. Serve on hamburger buns with tomato, shredded lettuce, shredded mild Cheddar cheese, and taco sauce.
