SOUP CASSEROLE | |
8-10 potatoes (or less, if desired) 1 large can mushroom soup 1 large cans vegetable soup 1 large 0nion Peel potatoes and cut into cubes, cut onion and cook together on top of stove in an ovenproof skillet. When cooked, drain; add mushroom and vegetable soup. Bake at 350°F in oven for 45 minutes. This was one of my Father's favorites my Mum used 2 make it all the time. Submitted by: Darlene Horsman |
