GARBANZO A LA KING 
3 c. water
1/2 c. cashews
1/4 c. whole wheat flour
2 tbsp. chicken like seasoning
4 tsp. sesame seeds
1 med. onion
2 cans garbanzos, try using in place of water, drained
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 1/2 c. frozen peas

Whiz the first 6 ingredients until smooth and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Then add remaining ingredients. Reheat, but do not cook peas. Serve over rice or toast.
