FRESH BLUEBERRY CREAM PIE 
8" unbaked pie shell
1 pt. fresh blueberries
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten

Combine in a bowl sour cream, flour, sugar, vanilla, salt and egg. Beat with a mixer until smooth. Fold in the blueberries. Pour the filling into the pie shell and bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. While pie is baking, combine 3 tablespoons flour, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 1/2 tablespoons butter, and 3 tablespoons chopped pecans. Sprinkle on pie and bake 15 minutes longer. Remove from oven; cool.
