BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. beef stew meat
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
Catsup, just enough to tinge sauce pink

Brown meat and season with garlic salt. While meat is simmering, combine rest of the ingredients. Bring to boil, add meat and simmer. Serve over rice or Reames noodles.
