1 lb. zucchini, about 2 med. peeled and grated; squeeze out excess moisture
1 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 egg, beaten
2 slices bread

Break bread into small pieces and moisten with milk. Mix all ingredients. Shape into cakes and fry until lightly brown.
