Simply delicious, quick and a breeze to make. I found that even after 30 min. mine seemed a might underdone. I'm thinking next time to go at least 45 min. Otherwise GREAT.

I was out of cheddar so I used mozzarella and about 1-2 tsp Italian seasoning. It was delicious. The recipe works just as well cut in half for a smaller casserole. Use 8x8 pan... I tried several before I found the right size!

I make this for our office staff 4-5 times a year for special occasions. I add chopped jalapeno peppers, onions, green peppers and sprinkle with crushed bacon. I make it with 1-1/2 lbs of sage sausage and Portobello mushrooms. Fantasic treat for our staff. Simple, easy to make and delicious.

I made this using 3/4 lb. shredded cheddar cheese, and it was absolutely delicious! Very simple to make but tastes outstanding. Can make without meat also or can substitute meats and/or add vegetables. We made it 4 ways for Easter breakfast. People loved it. Thanks, Bisquick!
