MARINATED SWORDFISH 
1/4 c. orange juice
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper

Marinate swordfish steaks (approximately 1" thick) for 30 minutes, turning once after 15 minutes.

Grill or broil 8 minutes on one side. Turn over, baste with marinade and cook another 7 to 10 minutes.
