CAJUN SWORDFISH 
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 tbsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. dried oregano

Heat broiler. Melt butter and combine with spices. Coat fish with mixture. Broil until cooked throughout. 5 minutes each side. Yield: 4 portions.
