BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
6-8 slices bread
1 lb. grated cheddar cheese
4-6 eggs, slightly beaten
2 - 2 1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. smokies

Butter 1 side of bread. Place buttered side down in a 9"x13" pan. Sprinkle cheese over bread. Combine eggs with milk and seasonings. Pour over the top of the casserole. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Place smokies on top. Bake, covered at 325 degrees for 1 hour then uncover and bake for 15 minutes longer.
