CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE 
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter
1/4 c. granulated sugar
3/4 c. packed light brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chips
1 c. chopped nuts; optional
1 (4 oz.) pkg. instant pudding
2 eggs

Mix flour with baking soda. Combine butter, sugars, vanilla, and pudding mix. Beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture, then stir in chips or nuts. Batter will be stiff. Spread on large ungreased pizza pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.

May use any combination of pudding mix and chips you like. For example, chocolate pudding and peanut butter chips; butterscotch pudding and butterscotch chips; vanilla pudding and chocolate chips.
