MIDORI CAKE 
CAKE:

3/4 c. Midori liqueur
1 box yellow cake mix
1 (3 oz.) box Jello instant pistachio pudding
4 eggs
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. coconut flavoring

Mix and beat for 4 minutes at medium speed. Pour into well greased bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes. Cool about 15 minutes in pan. Glaze while still slightly warm with Glaze.

GLAZE:

2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. Midori liqueur
1/2 c. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. butter, softened
1/2 tsp. coconut flavoring

Mix and beat at high speed until smooth and spreadable.
