MINI PIZZAS 
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
8 oz. pepperoni or ham
1/4 to 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 can mushrooms (drained and chopped)
8 olives with pimento, chopped
Chopped green onions to taste
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Combine all ingredients and spread on Pepperidge Farm Cocktail bread slices. Sprinkle with oregano if desired. Heat and serve after cheese melts, approximately 10 minutes.
