MEXICO: CHORIZO CON HUEVOS
(CHORIZO WITH EGGS)
 
1/4 lb. Chorizo sausage
4 eggs
1 pkg. flour tortillas

Remove Chorizo from casing and cook approximately 10 minutes over a low flame. Scramble eggs in a bowl. When Chorizo is ready, pour eggs into the pan with sausage. Stir over a low flame until eggs are cooked. Makes about 4 servings.
