MEXICAN MEATLOAF 
2-3 lbs. ground beef, browned & drained
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 can chicken & rice soup
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
1 (8 oz.) can taco sauce
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
10-12 corn tortillas

Grease casserole (oblong). Mix everything except cheese and tortillas. Layer tortillas, sauce, cheese, ending with cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
