Mix and spread in pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Mix and spread on first layer.

1 lg. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
1/2 carton Cool Whip (lg. size)

Mix 1 package instant chocolate pudding as directed on package and spread over second layer. Spread on rest of the Cool Whip. Sprinkle nuts on top. NOTE: Makes a large pie and is delicious.
