1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. vegetable oil
6 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. quick oatmeal

In saucepan place all ingredients except oatmeal. Bring to a boil and boil 1 minute stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in oatmeal. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper and chill until firm.
