MRS. GOLDIE'S MACARONI | |
1 lb. elbow macaroni (cooked) 1/2 lb. bacon 1 onion (chopped) 1 can tomatoes 2 tsp. sugar 1 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese Partially fry bacon and set aside. Saute onion and drain grease. In a bowl, combine onion, bacon, macaroni and sugar. Drain and chop tomatoes. Cut cheese into small cubes. Add tomatoes and 1 lb. of cheese to macaroni, stir and place in casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until crust forms. |
