KENTUCKY PECAN PIE 
1 c. white corn syrup
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 whole eggs, slightly beaten
1 heaping c. shelled whole pecans

Combine syrup, sugar, salt, butter, and vanilla; mix well. Add slightly beaten eggs. Put pecans in bottom of unbaked pie shell and then add mixture. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for approximately 45 minutes.
