WILD RICE SALAD 
4 - 4 1/2 c. cooked wild rice
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2 c. chopped celery
1 c. cherry tomatoes
Black olives (pitted, sm.) (opt.)
1 - 1 1/2 c. fresh mushrooms (sliced lg.)

Mix together and add 1 small jar Wishbone Italian dressing (or Good Seasons). Just before serving add 2 cups sunflower seeds. Mix well. NOTE: Fresh pea pods and artichoke hearts can also be added, if desired.
